Lauren Wallace, LPC, CPCS, RPT-S

Lauren Wallace and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Play Therapist Supervisor.

Life has thrown your family a curveball— anxiety, helping your child on the Autism spectrum navigate daily challenges, or the difficulties that come with divorce. You’re watching your child struggle and need someone with deep expertise to help them heal.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Play Therapist-Supervisor with 15+ years of experience, I’ve helped hundreds of families when life feels overwhelming for their children. I specialize in Adlerian Play Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Play Therapy because children process emotions through play, not just talking. I utilize Telehealth Play Therapy to be the most available and accommodate my client’s busy schedules.

My Approach:

  • Meet them where they are – Creating safe spaces for ages 6-17 to express real feelings
  • Build practical skills – Tools for managing anxiety, processing change, and developing social abilities
  • Strengthening a sense of self – Utilizing an array of self esteem building techniques
  • Parent consultations – Guidance and support for parents navigating their child’s therapeutic journey

What Makes Me Different: As a Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor and Registered Play Therapist Supervisor, I train other therapists and stay current with the most effective approaches. I know what works and adapt when needed. My experience as a Telehealth Play Therapist also allows me to work with children all over the state of Georgia.

Specialized Support For:

  • Kids struggling with anxiety and worry
  • Autistic children learning life skills
  • Families wanting to strengthen their connection
  • Children navigating divorce and family changes

Lauren provided a safe and creative space for our son to work through his anxiety, using remote sessions to play and help him find his voice when words were too difficult. We are incredibly grateful for the renewed confidence and happiness we see in our son and wholeheartedly recommend her care.” – Parent
